    Executive Bios

    John E. Brauch, Jr.


    Education: Bachelor of Science, Accounting, University of Missouri


    Experience: In the contract janitorial maintenance business since 1973 specializing in regional malls, retail stores, office and building complexes.



    Michael P. Brauch

    Executive Vice President

    Education: Bachelor of Science, Marketing, University of Missouri

    Experience: Providing operational experience including extensive involvement in large office complexes, retail stores, and complex shopping center janitorial programs since 1983. Focuses include development and implementation of job start-ups and ongoing field operations, working closely with the regional management team and interfacing with clients.


    Philip R. Gaudy

    Executive Vice President

    Education: Bachelor of Science, Accounting, University of Florida

    Experience: Joined Interstate Cleaning Corporation in July 1994. He was previously employed with an ICC client company in senior management roles for twenty-one years; as a Controller, Operations Manager and Store Manager. Spent five months in field operations before taking over his responsibilities as Executive Vice President of Finance. Also serves as Executive Vice President of Retail Store Operations.
